This bar spoon is part of the Urban Bar Calabrese series, created in collaboration with Salvatore "The Maestro" Calabrese, former president of the United Kingdom Bartender's Guild . The glossy 18/8 stainless steel makes this product particularly solid, rust-free, corrosion-resistant and acid-resistant. The twisted handle allows the more dynamic mixing of different ingredients. The special feature of this spoon is the heavy solid ball which you can roll over soft fruits or leaves and thus release their essential oils and juices, without cutting them. The attached disc is decorated with the logo of the series. The spoon comes in a matching black cover.
