Chocolate - Monin Syrup (0,7l)Preparing cacao is a centuries-old tradition which has existed for over 4000 centuries. In Central America, nowadays near by Mexico City, the clan of the Tolteken lived. The first and last ruler was Quetzalcoatl, the god of the wind, who brought the cacao beans to the Tolteken.
The instrument of payment was the cacao bean. Finally the Inkers had to submit the Tolteken. The Inkers were very pleased about the cacao culture. At that time they used cacao beans to make a hot, frothy and bitter drink to achieve fertility and wisdom.
Since 1876 do the people drink a hot chocolate like we know it nowadays: with milk and cacao butter.
Due to its fluid texture, it is easier to use it than cooking chocolate. Combine this Monin Chocolate syrup with other delicious flavours in coffees, vdesserts and other sectors.
