The Hoshizaki IM-45CPE series has been designed for professional environments requiring a reliable supply of high-quality cube ice combined with a compact footprint. Thanks to the plug-and-play configuration and integrated storage bin, the units are ideal for bars, restaurants, cafés, hotels and smaller catering operations.

The space-saving design allows flexible installation in undercounter kitchens, bar counters and service areas. The integrated storage bin keeps produced ice readily available at all times and supports smooth daily workflows during busy operating periods.

For ice production, the series uses Hoshizaki’s proprietary Closed Cell technology. Each individual ice cell is supplied separately with fresh water, allowing precise control over water usage and the production process. Unused water and mineral residues are automatically flushed away to help maintain consistently high ice quality.

The closed water circuit minimises external influences within the production area and supports the creation of clear, hard and taste-neutral ice cubes. The electronic control system automatically regulates all production cycles and ensures stable performance even during intensive use.

A magnetically driven DC water pump without direct mechanical coupling reduces the risk of leakage and supports long-term operational reliability. The stainless steel construction is designed for continuous professional use while also simplifying cleaning procedures.

The air-cooled system operates efficiently and is suitable for a wide range of installation environments with sufficient airflow. Removable air filters allow easy cleaning, while detachable components such as the water tank and magnetic door gaskets simplify maintenance.

The units operate with natural refrigerant R290 and combine modern cooling performance with reduced energy consumption. An optional UV-C hygiene function and an internal drain pump can also be added to further adapt the units to operational requirements.

The scope of delivery includes adjustable legs, an installation kit and an ice scoop. Various water filtration systems and accessory solutions are also available.
