The taste of mango and passion fruit (or maracuja) is an important component of many tropical cocktails. Monin Pure Concentrate Mango Passion Fruit gets its sweetness from the juice of these fruits, while Monin does not use any added sugar. You can therefore use the mango passion fruit concentrate with a clear conscience, even if you want to avoid industrial sugar.

Ingredients: water, acidifier: citric acid, concentrated mango juice, concentrated passion fruit juice, natural flavor, colorants: E163b, E163, emulsifiers: gum arabic, E445. Fruit juice content: 10%, thereof 5% passion fruit juice and 5% mango juice.
