Bar spoons
The bar spoon is an irreplaceable utensil for every well-sorted bar. Not only is it a requirement for mixing all those drinks which demand stirring; beyond that, the long-stemmed tool also does the trick when it comes to creating layered (aka „stacked“) drinks. For this effect, the ingredients – one after the other – are slowly poured over the backside of the spoon’s bowl and into the glass. On top of all this, the bar spoon is also used as measuring unit („BS“) in some recipes.
