Cocktail cherries

Even though the form was slightly different back then, the use of pitted and candied cherries for garnishing dishes and drinks dates as far back as the 19th century. Today, they simply belong to a lot of cocktails, but are furthermore suitable for milkshakes, ice cream, cakes and many other foods. Apart from cocktail cherries in different colours, we also offer wild hibiscus flowers in syrup which can be infused with sparkling wine to create tasty cocktails or used as a side dish.
