Dash bottles
An interesting piece of bar equipment: Dash bottles. They are versatilely usable and on top of that stylish and interesting to look at. They are used mainly for bitters like angostura- and orange bitters, which are used to flavour sauces and desserts and for aromatising and mixing alcoholic drinks. The clever pourer requires just a simple tilting movement and will only dispense an eponymous 'dash' of 3 to 4 drops. This clever dosing method prevents overdosages and saves time!
