Soda Syphons
The Syphon was already invented towards the middle of the 19th century. Inside this tool, carbon dioxide gets dissolved in water using pressure. ‘Club Soda‘, ‘Soda Water‘ or ‘Carbonated Water‘ are synonyms for what a barkeeper can create instead of buying name brand products by using a soda syphon; it is used for mixing classics like a Fizz or Collins.
