Order and Shipping
How do I pay in advance (prepayment)?
During the process of ordering, you have the possibility to select "prepayment". After clicking the button "order", you will push the green button and finally you get all information about the transfer you need. Additionally you will receive an email with all detailed information and an order summary.
What shall I do, if no report comes about within a defined time period?
If you do not see the email in your Inbox, check your Junk folder. Check your Spam folder for an automatically sent email of Barstuff.de. If there are still problems, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will send you the email with all detailed information and an order summery definitely again.
How long do the goods take time to get to me?
Here you can see the estimated delivery time. If you ordered via online shop, you get automatically an email with your parcel number. Check your parcel status online at all times and track it from Barstuff.de warehouse up to distribution. You will receive the corresponding parcel number after dispatching your goods.
How much are the shipping costs? How do we calculate the shipping costs?
We charge a flat rate for shipping for Germany and Austria. Which is composed of shipping price, packaging and expenditure of wrapping. For the customers which placed an bigger order than others, they will infect not be asked to pay more than our ordinary shipping rate. And for the customers which ordered only a small piece, you can be sure that your goods will be well wrapped as possible. Moreover you can be sure as well that your order is insured during the delivery. We regret that it is not possible to send an uninsured parcel or letter.
Is it possible to get a tax free delivery for EU members (with VAT ID)?
During the ordering process, the system will ask you for your value added tax identification number but it will not be automatically tested. The shop calculation includes your value added tax identification number. Not until the manual checking of our employees, the value added tax will be deducted or if necessary refund. Finally you will receive an tax free invoice. We apologize that this manual checking can be performed only on work days.
In which field shall I enter my VAT number?
During the ordering process you can enter your value added tax identification number next to the input 'address for dispatch'. The input field will appear after selecting the dedicated country of dispatch.
How can I order per express service?
Please note that we recommend to place your order by phone before 12:00 a.m. . Because an express service depends on the ordered articles and the place of dispatch. It depends on your order, but in general we can say that, according to your parcel, you have additional costs of 11,90 Euros. The express service is only available in Germany. Moreover this additional option is not selectable, if you pay with cash on delivery.
Can I receive my goods as well with the shipping company UPS?
We chose among several distribution partners GLS and DHL to offer you the cheapest and best price solution. The decision depends on our own extensive range of criteria. We kindly ask you to accept that we do not collaborate with UPS. If we should not ship your order via these mentioned services do not hesitate to contact us to arrange a pick up with a company of your choice.

On the internet page of each single product, you will find a tab which is called "FAQ". Just fill out the attached form and place your question in the box. Your question will be send to us immediately and it will appear as well on the product page itself. Furthermore we will answer you as fast as possible. Finally you get an email with your answer from us.
How to measure the volume a drinking glass?
The specified volume of a glass is always measured up to the top. That means that the glass is filled to overflow with water at room temperature. By measuring, a tolerance of +/- 10% is permitted. The volume of a glass is not mistakable for the calibration mark.
