Bottled water and whipped cream from aerosol cans – there are, we're sure you will agree, a lot more tasteful and classy options. Finely beaded water from a siphon, like you might know from the stylish bar life of the 20s and 30s, in a cocktail or longdrink and whipped cream on a pie or Irish Coffee – you name it.
