60 days return service at Barstuff.com

At Barstuff.com you can use the voluntary 60-day return service. The statutory revocation right for consumers remains unaffected. Deviations do not limit the statutory revocation right.

  • The extended return service applies after the 14-day revocation right has expired and up to 60 days after receipt of the goods.
  • Only applies to consumers
  • Exceptions are used, washed, opened or non-original packaged goods
  • Does not apply to ice cube makers, books, food and individually made items (e.g. engravings, prints)
  • It is necessary to register in advance by email to info[at]barstuff.de. Goods returned without prior notice cannot be refunded.
  • Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Cancel order (revocation)

I don't like the item or I bought the wrong item.

  • You can cancel the order within 14 days of receipt..
  • You must cancel the purchase for this. You can find our revocation form here (revocation form PDF). But you can also formulate something yourself. Don't forget: name of the item(s), invoice number/order number, your name and address. We would be pleased if you also tell us the reason for the revocation. 
  • When we have received the goods and the cancellation, after checking the goods, we will refund you the price in the same way as you paid (e.g. PayPal, account transfer).
  • In this case, you bear the shipping costs for the return yourself.
  • If the goods arrived damaged or you received the wrong goods, please contact customer service first (see claim).
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to some items, for example perishable goods and individually made items (engravings, prints). These goods cannot be returned.

Claim

The goods arrived damaged or something is missing.

  • Please contact us stating the reason for the complaint, the invoice number/order number and your contact details for queries. If you are able, please send a photo/photos of the defects.
  • Wait until you have received a response from us before returning the item. If the complaint is justified, you do not have to pay the return costs yourself and you will receive a shipping label from us. Sometimes a return is not necessary, for example if a glass is broken.

  • Please pack the goods unbreakably. Often it's best to use the packaging material in which you received the goods.
  • If you enclose the delivery note/copy of the invoice and note the reason for the return, we can process your request more quickly.

Sustainable online shopping

  • If you don't like a product, you can send it back to us and get your money back (see revocation). However, before purchasing, please check whether this is the right product for you. This is how we avoid unnecessary parcel shipments. This protects the climate and reduces delivery traffic in the cities.
  • The photos and product descriptions in our online shop should help you to get an accurate picture of the item. A product looks different from the photos or the product description is insufficient? Please let us know, stating the item number or URL! Or use the 'Questions & Answers' tab next to the description. We will add missing information as soon as possible.
