This is why aroma graters, which are able to grind ingredients particularly fine, are now almost a standard equipment in ambitious bars.
With this extremely high-quality grater, the manufacturer Triangel has particularly recognized the asset of this work tool and brought it to perfection.
It consists of two parts, which can easily be interlocked and separated only by a slight click: a grating piece made of heavy, hard plastic and a metal bearing made of stainless steel.
In order too rub ginger, wasabi, lemon peel or nutmeg, the pieces are put together. The tiny friction teeth are offset and arranged in the opposite direction, so that a frictional effect is produced in each direction. Thus, the friction process is much more effective than with just one-sided teeth.
When the grating is completed, the stainless steel element is released with an easy click pressure through the opening behind. The flavourful material rests now on the smooth surface and can simply be swiped off with the back of a knife.
The grater is dishwasher safe.
