The Brema CB 316A HC ice cube maker delivers up to 38 kg of ice cubes per 24 hours – reliably, clearly and dimensionally stable (approx. 18 g). Ideal for bars, restaurants, and hotels that need reserves during peak times without taking up additional space.

Spray system: clarity and density that impress in the glass

Withthe Brema spray process, water is finely sprayed into the ice molds and ice is built up layer by layer. This creates ice cubes without air pockets – compact in density, crystal clear in appearance, and slow to melt.

Air-cooled & future-proof with R290

The air-cooled version relies on good air flow to dissipate heat from the appliance. This ice maker uses R290 (propane) as a refrigerant – natural, efficient, and with low greenhouse effect.

Hygiene & care – pragmatically solved

AISI 304 stainless steel housing, rounded inner edges, and removable components reduce cleaning effort. The integrated cleaning program complements regular, thorough cleaning and supports hygienic ice production in the long term.

Installation & water quality

Professional installation of the ice machine is a prerequisite for the specified performance. We recommend a water filter. This improves the taste and clarity of the ice cubes and provides lasting protection for the system against deposits.
