Spray system: clear cubes, uniform structure

The Brema spray process involves spraying water finely into ice molds and freezing it layer by layer to form ice. This produces crystal-clear ice cubes with no air pockets and a high density. This results in slow melting for an attractive presentation in the glass without watering down the drinks.

Air-cooled & efficient with R290

In order for the air-cooled version to work reliably, it requires free airflow to safely dissipate the warm exhaust air. The natural refrigerant R290 (propane) stands for energy-efficient, sustainable refrigeration technology with a very low greenhouse effect.

Hygiene & care – designed for everyday use

The AISI 304 stainless steel housing is robust, hygienic, and easy to clean. Rounded inner edges and removable components shorten the routine. The integrated cleaning program complements regular, thorough manual cleaning and contributes to lasting, impeccable hygiene.

Installation & water quality
