The Brema CB 425A HC ice cube maker is designed to produce up to 48 kg of ice cubes per 24 hours. It reliably and consistently delivers ice cubes weighing approx. 18 g. Perfect for bars, restaurants, or hotels that need substantial reserves. This ice maker is compact in size and can be easily integrated without taking up too much space.

Spray system: layer by layer to clear cubes

The Brema spray process involves spraying water finely into the ice molds and building up layer by layer. This produces ice cubes without air pockets – crystal clear, with high density and a slow melting rate for drinks that stay cool for a long time without watering down quickly.

Air-cooled & efficient with R290

The air-cooled version works with free airflow at the installation site to dissipate heat from the device. R290 (propane) is used as the refrigerant – natural, energy-efficient, and with a very low greenhouse effect.

Made for continuous operation – easy to keep clean

With AISI 304 stainless steel, rounded interior surfaces, and removable assemblies, maintaining this ice maker is easy and convenient. The integrated cleaning program is intended as a supplement to regular, thorough manual cleaning – this ensures that the ice quality remains consistently high with minimal time expenditure.

Installation & water quality

Proper installation is required to ensure smooth operation and nominal performance of the ice machine. A water filter tailored to the water quality is recommended – it improves clarity and taste and reduces limescale and particle deposits in the system.
