The electronic dehydrator ED 6 by Steba is the prefect choice for drying and preserving fruits, vegetables, spices and even flowers. Start creating your own cocktail decoration with dried foods - or serve your guests freshly made apple crisps!

Throughout the drying process, all moisture is extracted. With this method the vitamins, mineralsand nutrients are beeing preserved and the flavor is intensified. This dehydrator opens at the front and comes with six stainless steel trays (each 37x30cm), thus offering a lot of space for fruits. The trays can be removed and cleaned easily.
The controls for temperature and time along with a display can be found on the top part of the device.The temperature is electronically adjustable (30-70°C). Some of the most commonly used foods are listed right next to the display, along with the matching temperatures.
Another very useful feature is the electronic timer. It allows you to let the dehydrator run for any amount of time between one and 24 hours. That way the foods can dry overnight and be used the next day.
The motor power is 800 W (230 V ~) and a fan blade is used to make it extra durable. Despite its size (29 x 36,5 x 47,5 cm) the Steba ED 6 dehydrator blends well into every kitchen or bar due to its dark grey to black color.
