This fine strainer is made for double straining cocktails. When preparing a cocktail with a Boston shaker, a conventional bar strainer is used to hold back the ice inside the shaker. For strainig pulp and fine herbs, this fine sieve is used above the guest´s glass. Finally, the result will be an excellent cocktail which is clear in colour because it is double strained.
The strainer is conical in shape, whereby a higher capacity can be strained. At the front, you find a small, curved hook, so that the strainer can rest on a glass. Moreover, the handle is curved and bent at the end. Therefore, you can hang this fine strainer up. This high quality companion makes straining drinks precise and fun.
