This basket riser can be used quite versatilely. One possible use case would be arranging a brunch buffet in layers and saving an enormous amount of space by doing so! The smaller ring is designed to hold a basket, bowl or plate. There is space underneath for other dishes or glasses. The large stand ring measures 25cm in diameter; the smaller ring at the top has an inner diameter of approx. 19cm.
To ensure that plates sit in the ring safely, they should have a wide rim which extends a little bit beyond the ring. The buffet stand can also provide valuable service on the guest tables – especially on those with very limited space!
