Black Forest Gateau includes "Schwarzwälder Kirschwasser" and is a worldwide known and famous dessert made in Germany. Monin placed the fine tart taste of ripe cherries, fluffy whipped cream and velvet dark chocolate into this dark brown syrup which can be perfectly added to hot beverages and desserts as well as ice creams.
