When large quantities of ice are needed continuously, the Brema C 150A HC ice cube maker sets new standards: up to 150 kg of ice cubes per 24 hours, each weighing approx. 18 g – clear, compact, and dimensionally stable. This ice maker is designed for use in combination with external storage containers (e.g., Brema Bin 200 or Bin 350) and can therefore be flexibly integrated into various installation situations.

Spray process for crystal-clear ice cubes

The Brema spray system stands for clear, dense ice cubes with a slow melting rate. Fine water jets moisten the ice molds so that the water freezes layer by layer. This effectively prevents air pockets from forming. The result: ice cubes that keep drinks cold for a long time and look great in the glass.

Air-cooled & with climate-friendly refrigerant

For the air-cooled version, it is important to have good air circulation at the installation site so that the heat dissipated does not accumulate. R290 (propane) is used as the refrigerant – efficient, modern, and with a very low greenhouse effect.

Hygiene & cleaning: designed for fast processes

A professional design with AISI 304 stainless steel housing ensures robust, hygienic surfaces. Rounded inner contours and removable components simplify care and help to organize cleaning and maintenance cycles.

Installation & water quality – prerequisites for stable performance

Proper installation is essential to ensure that the ice maker runs smoothly and achieves the specified nominal values. We also recommend a water filter that reduces limescale and particles – good for taste, clarity of the ice cubes, and the service life of the system.
