The Mosa cream siphon helps you make whipped cream, mousse, espumas and sauces in no time! The 500ml cream whipper is designed for catering establishments and is mainly made of polished stainless steel with heat-resistant silicone. The stainless steel cream siphon is therefore suitable for both cold and warm food applications. However, a temperature of 70°C must not be exceeded when preparing food in a water bath.
According to the manufacturer Mosa, the 500ml capacity corresponds to around 6-8 portions. Three different spouts are included so that you can arrange your food attractively: one with a round, smooth opening; one with a jagged opening and one tulip-shaped plastic spout.
The head, charger holder and cap are ergonomically shaped to reduce fatigue when working continuously in a professional context. The head is also coated with silicone so that the handling remains secure even with wet hands. The individual parts can be unscrewed and cleaned separately. A cleaning brush is included in the set.
