This 500ml cream siphon made of brushed stainless steel is specially designed for the catering industry. An ergonomic shape and non-slip silicone on the head make daily work with the Mosa cream whipper easier. Whipped cream, mousse, espumas and sauces can be made quickly and easily. Three different nozzles are included: One metal nozzle with a round, smooth opening and one with a serrated opening. There is also a tulip-shaped plastic nozzle. According to the manufacturer, the 500ml filling volume results in 6-8 portions. The Mosa siphon is suitable for preparing cold and warm dishes and can be heated in a water bath up to 70°C.

For easy cleaning, the individual parts are simply unscrewed and can then be cleaned separately. The set includes a cleaning brush.
Please note the manual and safety instructions that come with the whipper.
