The elder tree grows around Europe, West Asia and in North Africa and it sprouts up to 7m. Oftentimes the shrub becomes bushy and wide. The harvest of the white flowers with the sweet smell takes place in June and July. Many recipes contain elderflower and they are easy to prepare. Elderflowers have also been administered as medicine for colds and infections.
Monin Elderflower syrup is a powerful and blooming syrup which allows you to create meals, hot and cold drinks as well as cocktails.Put a few drops in a flute of Champagne, in fruit juices or in dairy products. Sparkling wine, juice and liqueur are prepared easily.

Bee Flower
1cl Monin Elderflower syrup
1,5cl Monin Honey syrup
12cl tonic water
1cl lemon juice
Build in a tumbler glass filled with ice cubes. Top with tonic water. Stir.
