The original raspberry is white. But why do we only know the common one, which is light red? The Roman myth tells about a Nymph, named Ida who was picking wild white rapsberries in the forest. Because she wanted to calm down the god Jupiter with the help of the berries. Meanwhile she hurt herself and her blood ran over the fruits. Due to this legend her blood gave the berries this deep red colour.Instead of waiting for the fresh raspberries, take them fresh and smooth flavoured out of the Monin bottle.

Raspberry Martini
30ml Monin Raspberry syrup
10ml Monin Grapefruit syrup
40ml vodka
dash cranberry juice
dash grape juice
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled withice cubes. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
