The green tea concentrate uses significantly less sugar than a traditional cocktail syrup. Nevertheless, the strong and fresh taste of green tea is supplemented with a light hint of sugar. So the concentrate is ideal for the production of refreshing iced tea, cocktails and other creations. The Monin tea concentrate can be used for both cold and hot drinks.
Recipe Pomegranate Mocktail:
20ml green tea concentrate
20ml pomegranate syrup
80ml coconut water
40ml cranberry juice
Ginger Ale
Fill some ice cubes into a cocktail glass. Mix all ingredients, except the Ginger Ale, and pour into the glass. Then fill up with Ginger Ale and garnish.
