Monin White Tea Concentrate is ideal for making iced teas with a light, floral aroma. For example, you can combine berries such as raspberries and blueberries with the sweetened white tea concentrate - floral aromas such as rose, hibiscus and elderflower also go well with the white tea flavor.
Recipe for Iced White Raspberry Tea:
20ml White Tea Concentrate
10ml Raspberry Syrup
160ml still water
Preparation: Pour all the ingredients into a tumbler with ice cubes and stir. Add a few raspberries for garnish.
Ingredients: water, sugar, white tea extract (1g/l dilution 1:8), natural flavor, acidifier: citric acid, phosphoric acid, preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.
