The Hoshizaki IM-45CPE-E series combines professional cube ice production with a compact footprint, air-cooled refrigeration technology and enhanced hygiene features for demanding hospitality and bar environments. Thanks to the plug-and-play configuration and integrated storage bin, the units are ideal for restaurants, hotels, bars, cafés and catering operations requiring a constant supply of hygienically produced ice.

The compact dimensions allow flexible installation in undercounter kitchens, bar counters and service areas. The integrated storage bin keeps produced ice immediately available and supports efficient workflows during daily operation.

For ice production, Hoshizaki uses its proven Closed Cell system. Each individual ice cell is filled separately with fresh water so that only the required amount of water is used. Excess water and mineral residues are automatically removed during rinse cycles to produce clear, compact and slow-melting ice cubes.

The EliteCUBE versions are equipped as standard with an integrated UV-C sanitisation function to further support water and air hygiene within the production area. Combined with the closed water circuit, the risk of external contamination is reduced while consistently high ice quality is maintained.

A magnetic DC water pump without direct mechanical coupling improves operational reliability while minimising the risk of leakage within the water circuit. The electronic control system automatically monitors all production cycles and ensures stable output even during intensive use.

The robust stainless steel construction has been specifically designed for continuous professional operation. Removable air filters, replaceable magnetic door gaskets and easily accessible service components simplify cleaning and maintenance.

The air-cooled refrigeration system operates efficiently and is suitable for a wide range of installation environments with sufficient airflow. The units use natural refrigerant R290 and combine modern cooling performance with reduced energy consumption and environmentally conscious operation.

In addition, the units are equipped as standard with an internal drain pump, making installation easier in locations with limited drainage options. The scope of delivery includes adjustable feet, an installation kit and an ice scoop. Optional water filtration systems and additional accessories are also available.
