The Hoshizaki IM-30CWPE-U series combines professional cube ice production with a compact design, water-cooled refrigeration technology and an integrated UV-C hygiene function. These plug-and-play units are ideal for hospitality, bars, hotels, office areas and medical applications requiring a constant supply of hygienically produced ice.

Thanks to the integrated storage bin, ice is always immediately available. The compact dimensions allow flexible installation even in smaller workspaces, counters or undercounter environments with limited space.

For ice production, Hoshizaki uses its proven Closed Cell system. Each individual ice cell is filled separately with fresh water so that only the required amount of water is used. Excess water and mineral residues are removed during automatic rinse cycles, supporting the production of clear, compact and taste-neutral ice cubes.

The integrated UV-C disinfection function additionally supports the reduction of germs in the water and air within the production area and contributes to consistently high hygiene standards. Combined with the closed water circuit, the risk of external contamination is significantly reduced.

A variable-speed magnetic DC water pump without direct coupling helps prevent leakage within the water circuit while improving operational reliability and extending the service life of the units. The electronic control system automatically monitors all production processes and ensures consistently high ice quality even under changing conditions.

The robust stainless steel construction has been designed for daily professional use. Easily accessible maintenance components, replaceable magnetic door seals and a removable water tank simplify cleaning and servicing during operation.

The water-cooled refrigeration system enables reliable ice production even in environments with high ambient temperatures or limited airflow. This makes the series particularly suitable for enclosed counters, undercounter installations and locations with restricted ventilation. The units operate with natural refrigerant R290 and combine energy-efficient cooling with environmentally conscious technology.

The scope of delivery includes an installation kit, adjustable legs and an ice scoop. Optional water filtration systems and additional accessories can also be added.

For water-cooled units, the condenser circuit should be connected to a closed-loop water system. Connecting these units directly to the mains water supply may violate local water authority regulations.
