The Hoshizaki IM-45CPE-U series combines compact dimensions with professional cube ice production and integrated UV-C hygiene technology. The units have been developed for applications where high ice quality and increased hygiene standards are equally important. Thanks to the plug-and-play configuration and integrated storage bin, the models are ideal for bars, restaurants, hotels, cafés and office environments.

The space-saving design allows flexible installation in undercounter kitchens, bar areas and smaller workspaces. The integrated storage bin ensures that ice remains readily available at all times and supports efficient daily workflows.

For ice production, Hoshizaki uses its proven Closed Cell system. Each individual ice cell is filled separately with fresh water, while unused water is automatically removed. This process helps reduce mineral build-up and supports the production of clear, hard and slow-melting ice cubes.

The integrated UV-C hygiene function additionally supports the sanitisation of water and air within the production area. Combined with the closed water circuit, this helps minimise external contamination and maintain consistently high ice quality.

Automatic rinse cycles regularly clean the water system and help minimise residues during the production process. At the same time, the electronic control system continuously monitors all operating cycles to ensure stable production conditions even during intensive use.

The units operate with a magnetic DC water pump without direct coupling, reducing the risk of leakage while improving the durability of the components. The robust stainless steel construction has been specifically designed for continuous professional operation.

The air-cooled refrigeration technology ensures energy-efficient operation combined with high production capacity. Removable air filters, replaceable magnetic door gaskets and easily detachable water components simplify cleaning and maintenance during daily use.

The series uses natural refrigerant R290 and combines modern refrigeration performance with reduced energy consumption and improved environmental compatibility. Optional water filtration systems and an internal drain pump can also be added.

The scope of delivery includes an installation kit, adjustable legs and an ice scoop.
