1857 the botanist, geographer and doctor Ferdinand von Mueller discovered the macadamia nut in Australia. Hawaii cultivates the "queen of the nuts" and it grows on evergreen trees which can grow up to 6m. The peel is very tough but the buried treasure inside is incredibly healthy. The Queensland nut carries calcium, ferrum, potassium and vitamins.

Macadamia Freeze Coffee
15ml Monin Macadamia Nut syrup
20ml Monin Gingerbread syrup
1 shot espresso
30ml milk
Pour all ingredients into a blender cup. Fill with ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass.
