The evergreen mango tree occurs mainly in tropical and subtropical climates. It grows up to 30m and ages up to several hundred years. People have been cultivating mango trees for more than 4000 years. The indian trees grow yellow-red coloured fruits and the Filipino tree grows evergreen fruits. Mango seeds are very big, but the fleshy pulp carries vitamins, selenium and provitamins.
The fruit ripens quickly, therefore it is not suited for transport and storage. However with the help of Monin Mango syrup you will add fruity, full-bodied, fresh and sweet mango taste and flavour to all of your distinctive cocktails and drinks!
Recipe: Tropical Blend
20ml Monin Mango syrup
5ml Monin Spicy syrup
40ml Cachaça
2 pieces of lime
Muddle lime and Monin syrup in a rock glass. Fill glass with crushed ice. Add Cachaça. Stir and serve.
