Grapefruits have a slightly tart, bitter and exceptionally powerful flavor. Monin's pink grapefruit syrup concentrates this fruity taste, with the sugar syrup adding sweetness. The grapefruit syrup is therefore ready for your cocktail creations, lemonades and slushes. Classic drinks in particular – such as gin and tonic – can easily be transformed into a pink grapefruit variant.

20ml Monin Cloudy Lemonade Base
10ml Pink Grapefruit syrup
40ml Gin
Carbonated water
Preparation: Pour all the ingredients into a glass filled with ice cubes and stir. Garnish with grapefruit and lemon slices.
Ingredients: sugar, water, acidifier: citric acid, concentrated pink grapefruit juice 1,3% (corresponds to 10% pink grapefruit juice in the final product), natural flavor, coloring: anthocyanins, natural grapefruit flavor, emulsifiers: gum arabic, glycerol ester from root resin.
