Rhubarb Jam Jar Mocktail
90 ml Ginger ale
50 ml Cranberry Juice
30 ml MONIN Fruit Purée-Mix Rhubarb
10 ml Lemon Juice

Preparation:

Sprinkle the juices and the fruit purée in a shaker and pour it into a marmalade jar filled with ice cubes. Finish by filling it up with the ginger ale.

Ingredients: sugar, rhubarb puree, acidifier: tartaric acid (L +), natural flavor, acidity regulator: sodium citrate, thickener: pectin, food coloring: black carrot extract, preservative: potassium sorbate. Contains the equivalent of 50,1% rhubarb puree
