Fruit purees (Monin)
The fruit purées made by french manufacturer Monin have a high fruit contingent of at least 50%. However, they are durable products that will last four weeks without cooling after opening – this is also supported by the clever automated closure. Therefore, you can either use them in big amounts; e.g. as the main ingredient in smoothies or milkshakes, or use them up unhurriedly, for instance for occasionally garnishing desserts or as a topping for ice cream!
