With the Rooibos tea concentrate by Monin you always have the fruity and sweet taste of Rooibos tea at hand. The concentrate can be used in hot drinks and cold drinks - with or without alcohol.
For rooibos iced tea, fill 30ml rooibos concentrate with 240ml water in a glass with ice cubes. For a more diverse taste, replace part of the tea concentratewith a syrup, e.g. vanilla, mango, raspberry or hibiscus.
Recipe Iced Rooibos mit Himbeere:
20ml Rooibos concentrate
10ml raspberry syrup
240ml water
Put all ingredients in a glass with ice cubes and stir well. Raspberries look nice as a garnish.
