The 'Fruit for Mix' Strawberry by Giffard impresses with its authentic taste of fresh strawberries that is used in the preparation of drinks and in baking and cooking. Unlike a syrup, the mix is not superficially sweet, but primarily tastes like intense strawberries with an underlying sweetness similar to strawberry jam. The mix is slow flowing and can be measured precisely. In the preparation of lemonades and cocktails, it is an ideal substitute for marmalade as it mixes up easily. It can also be used to create authentic sauces for desserts.
