White chocolate is not like dark or milk chocolate because it is made of cocoa butter. This is a product of the cocoa bean which gives the white chocolate this rich, buttery flavour. Compared to other products, Monin white chocolate is easy to mix with other products because it tastes like milk, vanilla and fine sugar.

1 shot espresso
150ml milk
15ml Monin White Chocolate sauce
15ml Monin Liquorice syrup
Pour Monin flavourings in a glass and reserve. Steam milk until frothy andpour over Monin flavourings. Pour coffee over mix. Serve.
