Preparing cacao is a centuries-old tradition which has existed for 4000 years. In Central America, nowadays near Mexico City, the clan of the Tolteken lived. The first and last ruler was Quetzalcoatl, the god of the wind, who brought the cacao beans to the Tolteken. The instrument of payment was the cacao bean. When the Incas subdued the Tolteken, they adapted their cacao culture. They also used cacao beans to make a hot, frothy and bitter drink to achieve fertility and wisdom.
In 1876 the hot chocolate we know today was popularized: with milk and cacao butter.

60ml fresh cream
40ml vodka
15ml Monin Chocolate sauce
15ml Monin Toffee Nut syrup
Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Pour into a glass. Serve.
Ingredients: sugar, water, low fat cocoa powder, cocoa mass, acidifying agent: tartaric acid (E334), natural flavoring, emulsifying agent: E471, preservative agent: potassium sorbate (E202), salt. Chocolate content: 20%.
