Honoring the legendary king and alleged inventor of beer brewing Gambrinus, producer Stölzle Oberglas presents a range of beer mugs under the series 'Gambrinus'. This traditional looking beer glass has a capacity of 480ml and a correspondingly protruding handle. This handle runs at a slight angle, which makes it easier to hold the glass straight, even when filled to the top. The outside is decorated with several indentations, the upper groove of which indicates the level of 0,4l. A mark is also embedded in the drinking rim. This makes is easy to tap a precise 0,4l of beer, with a reserve for a head of foam.
This beer mug from the 'Gambrinus' series by Stölzle Oberglas has a total capacity of 480ml and is calibrated for 0,4l. The protruding handle is slightly angled, which makes it easier to hold the jug straight when it is full. On the outside, opposite of the handle, there is space dedicated for printing a label. The beer mug is decorated with several vertical grooves all around. A circumferential groove at the top shows the level of 0,4l, for which a calibration mark is also embossed on the rim. In this way, 0,4l of beer can be tapped at a quick glance. This leaves a reserve of 80ml for a head of foam. The calibrated beer glasses are available in a box of 6.
