Honoring the legendary king and alleged inventor of beer brewing Gambrinus, producer Stölzle Oberglas presents a range of beer mugs under the series 'Gambrinus'. This traditional looking beer glass has a capacity of 480ml and a correspondingly protruding handle. This handle runs at a slight angle, which makes it easier to hold the glass straight, even when filled to the top. The outside is decorated with several indentations, the upper groove of which indicates the level of 0,4l. A mark is also embedded in the drinking rim. This makes is easy to tap a precise 0,4l of beer, with a reserve for a head of foam.
This beer mug from the 'Gambrinus' series has a total capacity of 480ml when filled to the brim. A slightly sloping handle makes holding the glass upright easier, even when it is full. On the outside opposite the handle there is an even space for printing a label. All around, the surface is provided with several vertical and circumferential grooves. The upper circumferential groove indicates the filling level of 0,4 l, for which a corresponding mark is embossed in the rim. This way, 400ml of beer can be tapped with a quick glance.
