The Official Harmonised EU Notice
The graphic below shows the European Union's official harmonised notice on the legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960 (Annex I). It provides a concise overview of your statutory rights and explains the options available to you if a product you have purchased is defective.
