Product information "Blood Orange - Monin Syrup (1,0l)"

Color: orange red
Taste: powerful fruity flavour with a citrus aroma; good balance between acidity, bitterness and sweetness
The blood orange received its name for its ruby, blood-coloured flesh. The fruit is a mixture of the pomelo and the tangerine orange. Originally the blood orange comes from Sicily, Italy. But nowadays you will find the moro blood orange in the US and the sanguinello type in Spain.
Fruity and juicy, but also sweet and a little bitter - this syrup is just like the real fruit.
