This orange syrup from Monin is particularly suitable for sparkling-fresh wine cocktails, as is known from Northern Italy. In combination with champagne or Prosecco, this orange syrup from Monin will refresh you.
The Orange, is a cross between the pampelmuse and the Mandarin and belongs to the genus of the citrus fruits. The name apfelsine derives from the South-east Asian origin of the fruit and means "apple from China". It has been eaten there for 3.000 years. The fragrant flowers of the orange blossom from February to June and during the Advent season, carnation-embroidered orange peels spread a pleasant fragrance in the room. The evergreen fruit finds its most popular use as an ingredient to fruity smoothies or orange marmalade.

100 ml white wine or sparkling wine
20 ml mineral water
20 ml MONIN Syrup Orange Spray
Preparation:
Place ice cubes in a wine glass and fill with ingredients
