Compact powerhouses for cocktails and more: The Brema TB 551A HC nugget ice maker produces up to 57 kg of nugget ice per 24 hours. The ice nuggets (approx. 8 × 16 × 7 mm) cool drinks quickly, are easy to scoop and can be measured out precisely – ideal for cocktail bars, service areas, and fresh food counters.

In the double-walled stainless steel evaporator, water freezes into ice and is pressed and broken into hard, uniform nuggets. The result: compact ice pieces with high density and efficient cold transfer that perform reliably in every glass.

The air-cooled version of the ice machine dissipates heat from the device into the ambient air. Clean air flow at the installation site is a prerequisite for the best possible heat dissipation. R290 (propane) is used as the refrigerant. It is efficient and environmentally friendly at the same time because it has a very low greenhouse effect.

Whether in hotel bars and restaurant service, cocktail and long drink stations, or clubs and events: Nugget ice cools quickly, remains stable, and is pleasant to chew. It is equally suitable for use in wellness and spa facilities as well as medical applications. For fish and delicatessen products – from presentation to storage and production – and in industry, it ensures fast, dimensionally stable cooling and precise dosing.

The AISI 304 stainless steel housing offers robust, hygienic surfaces. In addition, rounded inner contours and removable components facilitate regular, thorough cleaning – for reliable hygiene and consistently high ice quality.

Proper installation is required for the ice machine to operate flawlessly and reliably achieve the specified nominal performance. We also recommend a water filter that reduces limescale and particles – this is good for the taste and quality of the ice cream and ensures component protection and manageable maintenance costs.
