Monin caramel sauce gives hot and cold coffee drinks a special consistency and an intense caramel flavor. Monin caramel sauce is available here in the large 1,89 liter bottle, especially for use in gastronomic environments. Use Monin caramel sauce for caramel macchiato, milkshakes, hot chocolate, frappés and as a topping. For easy dosing we recommend the dosing pump order no. 2470.

Rezept für Hot Pumpkin Spice Caramel Chocolate:
20ml Pumpkin Spice Syrup
15ml Caramel Sauce
150ml liquid chocolate

Preparation: Pour the caramel sauce and pumpkin spice syrup into a cup and pour hot chocolate over it. Top with whipped cream if desired.
