This thermometer has a wide range from -10°C to +100°C and is made of stainlesssteel. On the measuring pole is the large display fixed. It has a diameter of4cm , is black and white coloured and the arrow is red coloured. Therefore thetemperature is easily readable. The green section on the display highlights the ideal milk temperature.
Furthermore the thermometer can be calibrated and has a read-off accuracy of5°C. The thermometer can be justified in boiling water or ice water, just adjustthe needle.
The measuring pole is tiny and is equipped with a clip. The retaining clip issteplessly adjustable and provides you the possibility to fix it on the milkpourer´s rim without touching the pourer´s wall. This thermometer is excellenlyqualified for frothing milk up and should not be missing in a professionalCafé.
