180ml rooibos tea
2 lemon wedges
6 basil leaves
Preparation: Prepare the rooibos tea and leave to cool. Place the basil and lemon wedges in a tumbler and crush, then add ice and finally pour in the syrup and cooled rooibos tea. Lemon zests and basil are ideal for garnishing.
Ingredients: Cane sugar, water, cherry juice from concentrate (10%), natural flavoring, acidifier: citric acid.
