Use it for fruits or at the salad bar. To cut freshly lemon, lime and orange in wedges put the whole fruit in the wedger. Works so fast that you can start to operate the machine after placing the order. Please remove the endings of the citrus fruit to receive a optimal result and reduce the risk of squashing the fruit.
The machine comes fully assembled. If you handle the machine properly, you will cut up to 30.000 fruits. The corer is not an disposable product, the blade assembly is 100% reciclable. Do not hesitate to order the spare-part.
Lift the push block with the help of the knob and put an lemon, lime or orange on the blade assembly (8 blades) and with a strong and quick thrust bring the push block down to force the cutting through the stainless steel blades.
Clean the machine thoroughly under running water without using any chemicals to get the best life from your Easy Wedger. While cleaning and operating the machine be carefull with the blades, they are sharp!
After cleaning take mineral oil and rub he machine with it to provide grid.
