This 20cm enamel roaster combines timeless vintage styling with the durability required for professional foodservice. Finished in classic white with a blue rim, it is ideal for roasting, baking and serving dishes straight from the oven to the table. Manufactured from steel with a double-coated vitreous enamel finish, it offers excellent resistance to stains and scratches for long-lasting performance. Suitable for temperatures from -10°C to 270°C, it can be used for both hot and cold food presentation. The roaster is dishwasher safe, although avoiding abrasive cleaning products will help preserve the enamel finish. Do not heat the dish empty or allow it to boil dry on a hob.
