The Winterhalter F 420 e Bistro Cleaner is an eco-friendly, alkaline cleaner for commercial dishwashers. The manufacturer promises that it effectively removes residues of juice, beer, wine, sparkling wine, and soft drinks. The cleaner is even effective against slightly dried-on coffee and tea residues, food coloring, and food scraps. Lipstick and grease residues, such as fingerprints, don’t stand a chance. You can purchase this liquid specialty cleaner here in a 12 kg canister. The cleaner contains no active chlorine or phosphates and has EU Ecolabel certification.
